- Heat Butter in a large pan, add chopped onion, minced garlic and ginger and saute for some time.
- Now add chopped carrots, celery, french beans, tomato puree, salt and pepper and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Mix vegetable stock in the mixture and bring to boil.
- As it starts boiling add green peas, chopped cabbage and sweet corn kernels and reduce the heat.
- Cover and cook soup for 20-25 minutes to get tender of vegetables.
