Cooking Instructions

  1. Finely slices onion and put in large bowl.
  2. Now add gram flour, rice flour, ginger, curry leaves, red chili powder, baking soda, coriander leaves and salt.
  3. Using some water mix well all ingredients and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  4.  Heat oil in a pan, take a small piece of mixture and drop 4-5 fritter in oil and deep fry it until golden brown.
  5. Take them out on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  6. Serve Onion Pakoda hot with tomato ketchup.
