Cooking Instructions

  1. Add the tomatoes and 3 cups of water in a pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 12 to 14 mins.
  2. Keep aside to cool and mixer to a smooth puree.
  3. Heat up the oil in a pan.
  4. Add the cloves, cinnamon and cardamon and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  5. Add the Prepared onion past and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 mins.
  6. Now add the prepared tomato puree, mix well and cook for 2 to 3 mins.
  7. Add the sugar, fresh cream and salt, mix well and cook 2 mins.
  8. Add the coriander, fried potatoes and cook on a medium flame for 2 mins.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot with nana or parathas.
