Cooking Instructions

  1. Starting with the ingredient roast it all like groundnut, gram flour till it get golden brown, crush all groundnut and transfer all in medium size bowl
  2. In this bowl add granted dry coconut, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, 1 tablespoon oil and salt and mix all well. Now stuffing is ready for bhindi.
  3. Cut all ladyfinger in lengthwise without separating them. Now stuff each bhindi with approx 1/2 or 1 teaspoon stuffing.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoon oil inn a pan over medium flame now put ladyfinger into pan and cook for 4-5 mins. Stir till regular interval.
  5. Fry bhindi till it get dark green. Now stuffed bhindi is ready.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
