Cooking Instructions

  1. Take 3/4 cup of boiled corn kernels, garlic, ginger and green chilies and grind it to make a smooth corn paste.
  2. Now take boiled potatoes, peel it and mash it in a large bowl and start adding dry bread crumbs, corn paste, 1/4 cup whole corn kernels, coriander leaves, garam masala, salt lemon juice and mix it well.
  3. Divide the mixture into 12 equal parts and roll it and make a flat thick patties (tikki).
  4. Heat non-stick frying tawa, spread 2 tablespoon on it and place tikki on tawa. Cook over medium heat till golden brown from both side.
  5. Corn tikki is ready. Serve it hot with Tomato Ketchup.
