Cooking Instructions

  1. First roast coriander seeds, green cardamom, kashmiri red chili over medium flame for 1 minute. Grind them all until smooth powder.
  2. Take 250 gram paneer (cottage cheese) and put in water for 4-5 min. Now cut into cubes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste and red chili, then saute for 1-2 min.
  4. Now add tomatoes, tomato puree and mix well.
  5. Add chopped capsicum, salt, dried fenugreek leaves. Now add 1/3 water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Now add paneer cubes, mix will and cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Add fresh cream. Kadai paneer is ready. Serve it with roti, naan, etc.
