Ingredients of Apple Kheer

- First peel and grated apple and slices almond in to small pieces.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee and add grated apple to it.
- Stir it and cook it until apple become soft and let it turn semi dry. Now allow it to cool down at room temperature.
- Boil milk in another pan over medium heat. Boil it till it become 3/4 of it quantity. Now add condensed milk in it.
- Stir it well with condensed milk and add sliced almonds and cardamom powder.
- Transfer the milk into bowl and let it cool for some time.
- Now add cooked apple in the milk and mix well.
- Put it into refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Serve apple kheer chilled.
